Calvary Baptist School is looking for a Head of School who can lead us to the next chapter as we continue to educate students with a Biblical worldview and support families as they train up their children in truth, all to the glory of God. The Head of School will provide tactical leadership in the service of the school’s mission consistent with the strategy developed by the School Board.

Spiritual Qualifications:

1. Follower of Jesus Christ with evidence of a strong Christian testimony.
2. Ability to develop a Biblical culture in the school that honors Christ.
3. In full agreement with Calvary’s statement of faith.

Leadership Qualifications:

1. Ability to manage various personnel toward the mission of Calvary Baptist School.
2. Ability to engage the community, parents, alumni, and various stakeholders to
   share the mission and vision of Calvary Baptist School.
3. Strong organizational and communicational skills with high attention to detail and
   the ability to produce high-quality, accurate work.

General Qualifications

1. Minimum of a Master’s Degree with strong educational experience
2. Ability to work with the principal and administration to manage admissions,
   budgets, programs, and curriculum
3. Financial acumen to manage a multi-million dollar budget
